New custom oak staircase was made to fit right over rough 2x12 stairs. It had 18 risers and 17 threads, with 2 custom triangle stairs, and used 4 coats of sprayed polyurethane that were sanded in between coats for super finish. It also had 5 end caps made to fit wrought iron spindles and used bisquit joints to secure.
