This project consisted of demoing almost the entire 1st floor, including an old kitchen and bath and an existing bedroom and even an entire main front load bearing wall. I replaced the front wall with a 12 ft dorrwall and windows, then the bedroom walls had to have LVL's added to support the load, and the customer liked the look so much we removed another beam and added an LVL which really opened the room up. Then 1600 sf of new custom tile with 400 sf of it heated coils, the inside walls were cider block with no insulation, so added a wall for electrical and insulation. Then drywall, paint, custom wood built in benches, new custom mantle, the kitchen cabinets, custom stone backsplash, custom quartz countertop, new wiring and plumbing, base and casing trim, new doors including 2 tricky sliding barn doors and a custom new bath tile and cabinets with a Cambria countertop to finish it off.
