This project involved totally gutting an old bathroom and removing a load bearing wall to open the room up, while creating a new modern bathroom, entry area with cabinets and bench, and building a custom countertop to hold 3 dog cages with upper cabinets above it. Unknown conditions discovered to overcome were a leaking shower, a bath vent to nothing, mold on existing walls and ceiling insulation, and no insulation to the existing block garage wall. Everything was taken apart and put back better than before and all brand new. New R38 ceiling insulation, new framing, new tile, new drywall, all new electrical wiring and plumbing, new furnace, new paint, trim, doors, shower glass, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, lighting, etc. The front cabinets got LED bead lighting above and below the cabinets which was really compact but extremely bright for a nice work area. The before after photos speak for themselves and document the entire process.
