This Clarkston project involved completely demoing a kitchen and 2 baths, then changing a window to the bath, insulating and reframing, refinishing hardwood flooring for most of the house, painting most of the house, then installing new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless sink, custom tile backsplash, and fireplace tile, updating the electrical and new plumbing, then custom tile in each bathroom shower and floors, with custom glass shower wall and doors, with new vanities, quartz countertops, undermount sinks, new plumbing and electrical, and finally adding an upstairs laundry, rerouting HVAC, electrical and water lines.
