This addition project started as cottage with rubber flat roof that leaked. I added the 1200 sf addition over it while the homeowners lived there the whole time. In addition, added trussed roof to rest of the house, with architectural shingles, and completely sided it to match, using Anderson 400 windows, 2x6 walls with cellulose insulation, added a new on demand water heater, new 90 plus furnace, with humidifier, and filter, and new a/c unit. All new electrical with 200 amp panel and removed old screw in fuse panel. I added a spiral staircase inside and some custom trim to cover steel post. The upstairs bath added custom tile, a jetted tub, a glass euro shower and granite countertop.
